You’re Not Broken. You’re Just Bound.

You’ve done the work.

You’ve read the books, said the affirmations, gone to therapy… again and again.
You’ve tried to shift your mindset, to quiet the shame, to forgive, to move on. And yet—
You still feel stuck.

Bound by old stories, toxic loops, and invisible weight you can’t seem to shake.
You feel like you’ve done everything right, but the freedom still hasn’t come.

Maybe you’re tired.
Tired of chasing your worth.
Tired of pretending you're okay.
Tired of being the strong one, the spiritual one, the one who should have healed by now.

You’ve been through the gaslighting, the breakups, the trauma in disguise that came wrapped in spiritual language.

And somewhere along the way, you started believing the lie that you’re too much—or not enough.

You don’t feel seen. Or heard. Or whole.
And you’re wondering if real healing is even possible for you. It is.

There is nothing wrong with you.
You’re not broken.

You’re not behind.
You’re just bound.

Bound by past stories traumas and unprocessed emotions like shame, fear & rage.

And it’s time to get free.

This Is What It Feels Like to Be Unbound

You wake up with a quiet mind and a steady heart.

The weight you’ve carried—shame, fear, old stories—is no longer in the room with you.

You can finally breathe.

You move through your day with clarity.

Not chasing worth, not proving yourself—just being in your body, trusting your instincts, grounded in your truth.

You speak with confidence.

You honor your “no.” You follow your “yes.”

You no longer abandon yourself for connection.

You feel worthy. Not because someone said so, but because you remembered.

And that remembering lives in your cells now.

You’re surrounded by women who see you, hold you, celebrate you—

because you no longer hide.

This is what it feels like to be unbound:
Light. Clear. Rooted. Alive.

Ready for whatever comes next—because you’ve finally come home to yourself.

Unbound: This Isn’t Just a Retreat. It’s a Sacred Structure for Your Becoming.

Every moment, modality, and detail of this retreat is intentionally designed to help you release what’s been holding you back—and step fully into who you’re here to be.

Only 10 Spots. 3 World-Class Facilitators.
This is an intentionally intimate container—and spaces are disappearing fast.

If you feel the pull, now is the moment to claim your place.

The Work: Sessions & Healing Modalities

This is where the transformation happens.

The Unbound experience is designed to move you from knowing in your head to truth in your body. Through a curated arc of healing sessions, you’ll gently unravel the stories, patterns, and protective layers that no longer serve you—and anchor into the version of you that’s always been there,

waiting to rise.

You’ll move, feel, express, release, and reconnect through modalities like:

— Feminine embodiment & sensual movement
— Hypno-breathwork & somatic release (grief, rage, shame, fear)
— Energetic intimacy & polarity practices
— Soul-purpose activation & strategy integration
— Nervous system healing + emotional attunement

This is not a retreat where you perform wellness.
This is where you come home to yourself—in safety, in sisterhood, in full-bodied truth.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when you’re witnessed, supported, and no longer performing.

The Container: Space & Sacred Sisterhood

A curated space where you are held, seen, and supported.

This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a sacred container designed to soften your armor and open your heart. From the land to the leadership, everything is intentionally woven to create deep safety for your nervous system and your truth.

In this space, nothing is performative.
You don’t have to be “on.”
You just get to be—messy, radiant, rising.

Surrounded by a small circle of women walking their own path of reclamation, you’ll be witnessed without judgment, supported without pressure, and celebrated for simply showing up.

This is sisterhood redefined.
Not competition. Not comparison.
But soul-recognition, co-regulation, and real connection.

The Integration: Strategy for What Comes Next

Because transformation without direction isn’t sustainable.

What rises in retreat is powerful—but without integration, it fades. That’s why Unbound doesn't just leave you cracked open—we guide you in anchoring what you’ve reclaimed into embodied strategy and next steps.

We bridge the spiritual and the structural.
The soul work and the systems.
The healing and the how.

You’ll leave not only more connected to who you are, but clear on how to move forward in your relationships, your purpose, and your life—with practical tools, personalized insight, and rituals that keep you grounded long after you leave the villa.

This is where clarity meets momentum.
Where your unbinding becomes your blueprint.

You don’t just leave transformed—you leave equipped. This isn’t just a reset. It’s a realignment.

Do I need to have experience in embodied movement, meditation or healing to participate?

You don’t need any prior experience in embodied feminine movement, everything we offer is beginner-friendly and intuitively guided.

That said, we do ask that you’ve at least begun your healing journey. This retreat is a deep, embodied container, so having some level of self-awareness or inner work already underway will help you get the most from the experience.

You’ll be lovingly met exactly where you are.

What’s the vibe of the retreat—structured or spacious?

We blend both. There’s a rhythm to each day with plenty of flow: movement, deep healing sessions, guided workshops, shared meals, that you are expected to punctually attend- however we have open space for rest, reflection, or hot tub stargazing. We prioritize depth, not hustle.

What is included/Not Included?

What if I’m afraid of being triggered or overwhelmed?

That’s a valid fear—and you’re not alone in feeling it. Unbound is a space where deep healing happens, but never through force, pressure, or performative vulnerability.

All of our facilitators are trauma-informed, and every session—whether movement, breathwork, or group processing—is held within a carefully curated, emotionally safe container. You will be lovingly invited into expansion, but never pushed beyond your capacity.

We honor your body’s wisdom. You will always have agency, choice, and support.
Your pace is the perfect pace.
Your safety matters more than your breakthroughs.
And your "no" will be just as celebrated as your "yes."

This is not about forcing you open.
It’s about meeting you exactly where you are—and offering tools, practices, and presence for whatever wants to unfold toward your breakthrough.

Will I get to enjoy Cabo?

Yes—absolutely! While Unbound is hosted in the serene, private setting of Flora Farms, we’ve designed this experience to include the popular parts of Cabo too.

If you’d like to explore beyond the gated community, we recommend arriving earlier on Tuesday and taking an Uber to the Art District in San José del Cabo. It’s a beautiful way to soak in local flavors, upscale boutiques, and artisan shops before the retreat begins.

You’ll also have some downtime during the retreat to enjoy the beauty of Flora Farms—whether that’s lounging by the pool, visiting the organic market, or enjoying a spa treatment.

On Friday, we’ll take a group excursion to the iconic Cabo Arch in Cabo San Lucas, with a relaxing day at Lovers Beach and time for a bit of market shopping by the sea.

This retreat is as much about nourishing your soul as it is about enjoying the beauty, culture, and magic of Baja.
